Welcome to One Shot Beat ("Game"), operated by Cosmic Caravan ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game, related websites, services, applications, content, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
 

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cosmic Caravan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  • Exploit bugs, cheats, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Cosmic Caravan.
 

3. Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities occurring under your account.

  • Providing accurate and current information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 

4. Virtual Content

The Game may include:

  • Virtual currency

  • Cosmetic items

  • Unlockable content

  • Digital goods

  • Downloadable content (DLC)

  • Season passes

Virtual content is licensed, not sold.

You acknowledge that:

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

  • Virtual items are not personal property.

  • Cosmic Caravan may modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue virtual content at any time.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
 

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

  • Promote hate, discrimination, or violence.

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

  • Exploit vulnerabilities, cheats, or security weaknesses.

  • Engage in fraud or deceptive conduct.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.
 

6. User-Generated Content

If the Services allow players to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Cosmic Caravan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and promote such content for the operation and improvement of the Services.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content.

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights.

  • The content complies with applicable laws.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Services, including software, artwork, designs, music, characters, logos, trademarks, storylines, and audiovisual content, are owned by Cosmic Caravan or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.
 

8. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports, you grant Cosmic Caravan a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation.
 

9. Beta Testing and Early Access

The Game may be offered in Alpha, Beta, Prototype, or Early Access form.

You acknowledge that such versions:

  • May contain bugs or errors.

  • May be unstable.

  • May change substantially over time.

  • May never be completed or commercially released.

Participation is at your own risk.
 

10. Health and Safety (VR-Specific)

Virtual reality experiences may cause:

  • Motion sickness

  • Dizziness

  • Eye strain

  • Fatigue

  • Disorientation

  • Physical injury

You agree to:

  • Follow VR hardware manufacturer safety guidelines.

  • Maintain a safe physical play area.

  • Immediately discontinue use if discomfort occurs.

You assume responsibility for injuries resulting from improper use of the Services.
 

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What information we collect

  • How we use it

  • How we protect it

  • Your rights regarding your information
     

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

  • VR platform operators

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • Analytics providers

  • Social media services

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
 

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

Cosmic Caravan may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.


14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

  • We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
 

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMIC CARAVAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
 

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMIC CARAVAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COSMIC CARAVAN DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
 

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Caravan, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
     

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Finland, excluding conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
 

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Game, our website, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
